Williston House is a 32 unit assisted living seniors' apartment complex with an above ground sheltered and heated pathway connected to the Cove.

What is Assisted Living?

Filling a Need: Assisted living is defined as a combination of housing, personalized support service and health care in a non-institutional setting.

This concept is designed to respond to the individual needs of seniors who require assistance with certain activities of daily living, but do not need the level of health care provided in a skilled long term facility.

Monthly Rental includes:
• 2 meals/day - Breakfast and Dinner
• Housekeeping 1hour/week

• Access to Cove activities

• Licenced Practical Nurse - Mon. to Fri. 7am-3pm

Monthly Rates:
• One Bedroom: $1715.00
• Two Bedroom: $2500.00
• Bed Sitting: $1500.00
